      RETROPHARYNGEAL STRUCTURES SIGNIFICANCE IN ETIOPATHOGENESIS OF DYSPHAGIA (Abstract): The retropharyngeal, danger and prevertebral virtual spaces are situated between the posterior wall of the pharynx and the anterior portion of the cervical spine. Through this vicinity, most of the diseases of retropharyngeal space and the cervical spine generate pharyngeal compresion and dysphagia.
