THE STUDY OF THE DIFFERENTIATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE PALACE IN THE 2ND SEMESTER OF THE INTRAUTERINE LIFE (Abstract): The development of the conjunctive structures from the perioral space presents an important and special practice because they differentiate from the regions that belong to some different embryological structures. We used 10 cephalic embryonic extremities which were processed through histological techniques (fixing, inclusion, section, and coloring). The histological pieces were examined at microscope and digitally photographed. Anatomic descriptive and topographic is the superior wall of the buccal cavity. At the fetus of the last trimester of pregnancy is presented the rapports known at the new born. We can distinguish the two distinct parts of the palatine regions: the hard palace of the great thickness, occupied two anterior parts of the regions, soft palace, and posterior situated, occupy the posterior palatine region. The two palatine regions have different superior rapports: the hard palace presented rapports with the nasal cavity, the soft palace presents direct rapports with nasopharynx and the pharyngeal cavum. The bone palace is in the process of desmal ossification, practically the moment of the forming the primary bone passed, respectively the primary ossification centers which presents growing and bone extension of appositional type. The original conjunctive structure of the desmale ossification can be identified only at the level of the future sutures. The muscles are in the process of institution and can be identified under the form of microblasts. The microblast topographically respects the structural organization of the muscles from the adult.
