POSITIVE IMAGING DIAGNOSTIC IN L.C.P. DISEASE (Abstract) Hip is one of the most common sites of avascular osteonecrosis, probably due to a combination of factors including poor vascularization and increased pressure on the surface of femoral head upright. Can meet in posttraumatic where femoral neck fractures, or atraumatic, in which case may be bilateral in 40% of cases. NACF is a common cause of musculoskeletal dysfunction, diagnostic and therapeutic problems outstanding.
