MAPPING LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE - ROLE IN THE EVOLUTIONARY PROGNOSIS OF COLORECTAL NEOPLASM (Abstract): Due to the increased incidence of developing colorectal cancer it is important to do a more accurate staging and appropriate course of treatment correlated with other prognosticfactors. We aimed to establish a relationship between evolutionary elements of a colorectal tumor, the nature of surgery and the disease prognosis. Materials and Method: 38 cases were selected from patients who received radical surgery in programming mode and to analyze the result of pathological examination in correlation with other prognostic factors. Results: The results of the analysis are included in a table and their analysis involves establishing a general approach behavior interventions radical extirpation of colorectal cancer and removal of an increasing number of lymphatic drainage stations. Conclusions: It is important to know the segments colic lymphatic mapping by the surgeon and pathologist to determine a more exact diagnosis protocol for the installation of behavior therapy. It is important that at least 12 regional lymph be taken during surgery.
