ANATOMICAL VARIANTS AND MORPHOPATHOLOGICAL CHANGES WHICH LEAD TO THE APPEARANCE OF THE CHRONIC SUPPURATIVE OTOPATHIES COMPLICATIONS (Abstract): During a five-year study performed by us at the ORL clinic of “Sf. Spiridon” Hospital, we have found that a number of anatomical and morphopathological changes have led to the appearance of exo and endocranial complications of suppurative otic processes. In our study, we have tried to explain certain particular forms that the exo or endocranial complications might have, as well as to explain the causes that foster the appearance of such complications.
